John Llewellyn Probert: Unbiased, ad-free reviews of forthcoming UK Blu-ray and DVD releases all written by me. Inspired by Michael Weldon’s Psychotronic Encyclopaedia of Film, the House of Mortal Cinema contains whatever film (or television) I feel warrants inclusion. That tends to mean classic horror, science fiction, crime and of course the just plain weird, but occasionally some modern stuff creeps in, depending on what the PR companies are willing to send me.
